We invite you to stay in our beautiful spacious condo. Open concept with no carpets. Fireplace, breakfast bar, dining area, living room, and a beautiful patio with mature trees right outside. Gym inside the building. You will love the convenience of having a small strip mall next to the building with restaurants and a small pharmacy.
Enjoy easy access to everything! Numerous transit buses if you are taking public transportation. Or an underground parking space to keep the car nice and warm.

The condo was clean and nice. The owners were super informative, even sent a video so you could see where they kept the lockbox with key. It’s right beside MRU. Also beside it (you can’t see it from the condo, but it is right on the other side), is a small strip mall with Tim Horton’s, bubble tea, a restaurant, medical offices, drug store, etc. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need, and there are two bathrooms!

This is a great rental , with a great host , we have traveled extensively and are also landlords . Communication with Maritza was easy and professional, the property was very clean and tidy , nicer than the photos , there was a nice card and gift of sweet snacks upon arrivial , lots of tourist and transit information, with more items to make your stay more pleasurable than you would find at an average rental property , from the best toilet paper to plush towels and such . Nicely decorated & access to more TV entertainment than we had time to view , the bed was very comfortable & could be adjusted at the touch of a button to lift the foot or head or both if so desired is quite a convenience. Access to transit if so desired it close by and easy to navigate, we also used taxis and rented a car for a portion of our stay , this property is in the south west side of Calgary so the town of Banff & Lake Louise are a little over an hours drive, you can venture a little further to Jasper as we did via the Ice Fields Parkway which is a fantastic drive, the views are quite simply breathtaking, this property is well positioned for both downtown Calgary visits or the out of town locations which there are local transit companies that do day trips to Banff other locations. There is also local markets only a few minutes drive that should be experienced. We were fortunate to enjoy the Stampede while in town which was quite a treat , seeing chuck wagon races and a real rodeo up close was quite amazing. Again we had a wonderful time at a great location where there is lots to see & do with a excellent host .

We stayed here for 3 weeks. The condo had lots of natural light, the gym was just down the hall which we used almost every day, under ground parking so no scraping the car windows, the condo had everything we needed and the host quickly responded to any questions we had (we only had a couple). The only thing on the down side was the hot water in the kitchen took a long time to get hot each time we had to turn the hot water tap on and the second bathroom shower hot water never got past tepid (the master bathroom work just fine). Not sure the host can do anything about this and it certainly would not stop us from staying here again.

Check in was fine, Unit was clean. Kitchen well supplied but no toaster. Unit was very hot and the fan in the bedroom didn't cool sufficiently. A portable air conditioner for the bedroom would have helped. The bed mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The Security chain link fence to left of patio has been cut for access which is not good for a ground floor unit.
