"We just had a 1 night stay on a Sunday (which did limit our dining options). Hotel is walkable (with luggage) from/to the train station, which added to its already very good value. We enjoyed its quiet location, short walk to old town (to see the “required” statues of Cyrano & the river). Clean & comfortable room. We did not partake of breakfast. Pleasant & helpful staff (helping me to print some required paperwork & advising on dining options)."

"Beautiful house on the edge of the peaceful village of Tremolat. We enjoyed swimming in the river at the end of the garden - in July, the water was lovely and warm. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful during our stay, and the "user's guide" to the property was the most comprehensive and useful that I've seen in over 20 years of holiday rentals. Plenty of good restaurants within a 30 -40 minute drive (and three within easy reach in Tremolat itself), and a lovely kitchen if you decide to eat in. Lots of good day trips possible to surrounding castles, medieval villages, prehistoric caves, etc. Or you can just chill by the pool!"
