"The hotel is in an industrial park but it is near the airport. The hotel is clean but kind of worn down. In my room many of the outlets had been smashed or broken and the HVAC system didn't really work. The staff was chilly at best and annoyed I didn't speak Italian. The included breakfast ends earlier than posted - so I missed out on the breakfast more often than not. But the place has a secure parking lot - so that was nice. The restaurant on site is delicious."

"The bedding did not appear to be clean. Walls are PAPER thin, you can hear neighbors doing EVERYTHING. The bathroom reeked of cigarettes."

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very noisy, A/C was not working and when I went to ask the receptionist, she said ther air conditioning does work. I asked really! It wasn’t mentioned in your website. She said to deal with it. Hostile to English speaking customers in my opinion. The sad part was that payment was non refundable. Mosquitoes kept me up at night and it was hot. It was an experience I will not forget in a hurry."
