"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We stayed just one night. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and modern. Room was comfortable. 24 hour coffee was decent and appreciated. My suggestions are: include something gluten free in the continental breakfast (a GF bread or muffin would go a long way). Bed and pillows were cozy but the top sheet felt like a low grade polyester and was hot. Suggest changing them out for something with at least some cotton. The fitted sheet seemed to be fine."

"This was our first time staying at this property and we were both so impressed! The whole experience starting with the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, to the staff at the front desk who offered us a late check out, to the room, and the breakfast with so much variety including hot items! There are complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in the lobby and food items for purchase which came in handy since we didn't have a vehicle and didn't want to order in. We had a late flight the next day and the staff allowed us to stay in the lobby once we checked out. We made good use of the air hockey and shuffle board games! We would have checked out the pool if we had stayed longer than one night. Next time we are visiting Toronto, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Clay and Kathy Brander"
