There was some noisy neighbors next door that were not told to quiet down until around 5am but other than that it was very clean and staff was very friendly. "

"Reception is at a different location that apartment. Tv wasn’t working due to broken cable. Apartment smelled old. Bathroom sync was slow to drain and smelled. Lots of flying bugs even though windows were closed. One light in bathroom was burned creating a darker bathroom because of dark brown shower tiles. AC was working on main living room but spotty on bedrooms. "

"Apt is right off Las Ramblas and in Gothic Quarter. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants. A market was located right on first floor. Metro and taxis are also very close. Taxis were never a problem to catch. A little noisy on weekend, and a very small elevator both to be expected. They offered transportation from/to airport, but we took bus and taxi, easy. Our apt was on the 4th floor. 2 BR/ 3 full baths -the pull out (trundle) couch was very comfortable. Very clean, Ikea type furnishings....

"If your arrival does not fit the options and schedule provided by the property operator, you will live your worst nightmare... Terrible service that requires transportation to different points of the city to access the property if you arrive later than 11:30 pm... The least friendly staff on the planet... Like any 21st century property, they do not have access control boxes that allow guests to access the property during overtime hours if they do not have staff to assist them.,,NEVER AGAIN"

"We were hoping to find somewhere to stay that wasn’t sanitized - with more of a locals flare, and that’s exactly what we got. The apartment is nice and clean. The neighborhood can be noisy, even after midnight, so hard to sleep if you like to have the windows open! The only complaint we had is the extremely hard beds!"

"The location is fantastic, close to the transit and is in shopping area, it’s only 4 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The apartment is clean and spacious, with a patio. The host was very responsive and accommodated our requests for hairdryer and early check-in."

"This property is perfectly located to reach all the locations you might visit. It’s one block from the Placa de Catalunya. We walked everywhere. The property is well managed. Be sure to click the links in your reservation confirmation for instructions on completing your rental information. We neglected to do this but the staff did a great job assisting us with completing the information after we arrived in site. We would love to go back, especially to this rental and location."
