"The apartment was very clean and attractive. There was a problem getting into the building as no one answered the door even though I came when I told them I’d be there. I had to wait in the heat outside for about 10 minutes and their voicemail wasn’t set up to receive messages. The pool was turning green on our first day, then became more green on the second. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, especially Elizabeth and Arath, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The grounds of the hotel are expansive and impeccably maintained. Everywhere you look, there's a sense of tranquility and natural beauty that adds to the overall calming atmosphere.
