"We only stay one night there . The view is amazing , can't beat that . Rooms are clean and comfortable . My complaint will be that, no body was at the reception when we arrive and when we check out again no body there to turn in the key . Oh and no complementary coffe either . But over all it was fine . "

"El hotel está a la orilla de la laguna, pero el acceso a ella no es muy cómodo. Hay solo 3 hamacas que estan accesibles, que por cierto siempre estuvieron ocupadas. El baño de la habitación tenía un terrible olor a caño, el cual se vuelve incómodo. El aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente. El precio, se me hace caro por lo ofrecido. La atención es excelente, son muy amables."

"Es lo peor que existe en Bacalar. La administradora quien ni siquiera dio la cara nos canceló la reservación sin previo aviso. Aunado a ello el hotel está alejado de la ciudad en un camino de terraceria."

"The apartment was very clean and attractive. There was a problem getting into the building as no one answered the door even though I came when I told them I’d be there. I had to wait in the heat outside for about 10 minutes and their voicemail wasn’t set up to receive messages. The pool was turning green on our first day, then became more green on the second. They did clean it on the third day, however. Since there’s a kitchen in the unit, there should be a proper cutting board. There were...

"The hotel is small like 14 rooms and Adults only. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was fantastic. Service was very good. Only thing is it is remote, you need a car to travel to other great surrounding areas. Staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Free kayaks and they can arrange tours , massages for you They probably need a small gym. The lake in that area is a bit deep so you need to be a good swimmer or ask for their vests which are free too. Beware that the hotel allows people from outside the property for day pass or to eat there, even kids. We did not experience any trouble but most hotels in the area do that."
