"So many years going to Punta Leona but the service we rreceived this weekend was amazlng from all the staff. It seems thatvthey are working also in property renovations which were definitely needed. Very good experiece, my only downside its the food price, Punta Leona takes advantage of this which unfortunately makes dinning a luxary, specially for national tourits "

"Good generally A few complaints 2 for 1 drinks were so weak - we had to return them to add more alcohol. Bra cause of that bad experience we never ordered more drinks Check out was 10am. We are Bonvoy members. We asked for 1 hour extra but we’re told no. Not even 30 mins "

"A million dollar view right on the ocean. The sound of the waves is amazing, and we felt very welcome and safe. The property owner had wonderful local recommendations and was prompt responding to any concerns. Highly recommend!"

"So we had a terrible occurrence, Due to NO control, and natural flooding in fort lauderdale , all our fights were canceled and couldn't make the trip. We had their JACO tour agent ask if we can get credit for the night we lost if we can make it there and if we can get the difference back from the 12 people that were NOT able to attend . AND the owner SAID NO. We wish we could have seen the property but working with the owner wasnt helpful at all"
