"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome! The cleaning staff were amazing and very thoughtful for my birthday they added balloons and bubbles to drink. This hotel is very centrally located and the best spot to enjoy the beach and port. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the access to tea and coffee 24/7. Nice thought having parasols to use for free during stay as well as beach towels. Perfect for a couple's getaway."

"My partner has been coming to the siesta 1 and alcudia since he was a child. This was our second stay together with our 5 year old and we love it. The pool at this time of year is so chill and just enough kids to occupy eachother but not run riot over the hotel. It’s been lovely! "
