"It is a magnificent hotel. It is located in a very calm and family-friendly area. There are many small restaurants and bars nearby that you can easily walk to. It is beachfront and additionally has an incredible pool and gym area. The staff is very friendly and helpful… totally recommended."

"We stayed here for 3 nights and loved everything about it. The hotel staff were so kind & sweet. The room was cute, clean & smelled good. The entire hotel had this sweet citrusy scent to it. We loved the rainfall shower head. We also ate at the hotel restaurant/bar S’aroma more than once because the food was so good. The drinks were also delicious! Please get their Tiramisu Martini you will not be disappointed. If you want a quiet place to wind down after an adventurous time in Ibiza, this hotel in Calla Llonga is the one! Oh & they were walking distance to the beach and local hiking trails."

"The location was ok and the hotel was as expected. It was very very quiet being off season though. The town is a 15 minute walk. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive so we used a sandwich shop up the road. We booked this hotel because we came for the marathon & needed access to a gym, but the gym was a small room and the equipment was really old and most didn’t work. Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a Suite room but the noise was really bad we could hear the room next door using the shower and flushing the toilet. The hotel noise was also really loud in the mornings the banging and bumping around from housekeeping and the restaurant downstairs "

"Hotel had just opened after the winter break, everything was clean and tidy. There weren't many guests this weekend and staff were finding their way around. All the staff we came into contact with were very good. great hotel and great location would always look this hotel up if we return to this area."

"Air conditioning did not work. Cold tap in sink did not work. Bath plug broken so couldn’t run a bath All of this reported on day 1 of stay but not fixed "
