"We stayed in the 4 star apart hotel part of the complex (some are classed as 3 star). Our room was described as premium pool view but was quite dated I think some of the rooms have had a full refurb so would be better. In saying that it was clean, the shower was powerful and the apartment had everything you needed. Plug points in the kitchen area were lacking. Daily maid service was great. Reception staff were extremely helpful. The rooftop pool felt very 4 star. We didn’t stay for the entertainment but the entertainer Jeffrey was v friendly . Quite a walk from town but bus stop near"

The hotel offers breathtaking views that capture the true beauty of Ibiza, whether you're enjoying the sunrise from your room or relaxing by the pool with the sea stretching out before you. Every corner of the property feels like a postcard. What truly made our experience special was the staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail specially what they dis foe my daughter's birthday made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Exceptional service like this is rare and deserves special recognition. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing, elegant, and inviting. "The hotel was lovely to look at. Our experience with staff varied in that some were not welcoming and also could not provide us with the information we needed, yet others were very accomodating. Our biggest disappointment was upon arrival we were told that 2 of the restaurants in the hotel were closed. Also I would add that the dinner buffet costs 87 euro per person excluding drinks. We did try the buffet on one night and were very disappointed with the quality of the food. However, there are many restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel in Santa Eularia. We found all of the ones we chose to be of excellent quality and value. There was very little information available about where to get towels for the pool, what time you could get towels, what time meals were served in the one major dining room."

"Elegant hotel overlooking the sea with a small beach in front and a small beach bar. A walk of 20 mins into Santa Eularia but a few local restaurants nearer. The only down side for me was the indoor pool was not heated. A-good jacuzzi which was heated but both indoor and outdoor pools were very cold. Good breakfast. Very large room with a sea view"

"It is a magnificent hotel. It is located in a very calm and family-friendly area. There are many small restaurants and bars nearby that you can easily walk to. It is beachfront and additionally has an incredible pool and gym area. The staff is very friendly and helpful… totally recommended."
