"L'emplacement de l'hotel est super. Le fait d'avoir le restaurant, la piscine et les services à même l'hotel c'est vraiment parfait. C'est le meilleur des deux mondes entres un hotel et un resort. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Toutefois, l'intérieur de l'appartement pourrait être rafraichi. Certains meubles sont abimés et il pourrait y avoir une base d'aliment dans la cuisine ( huile, sel et poivre etc). Mais sinon, pour une famille c'est vraiment une super option que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et surtout les deux soirées spectacles guitare au restaurant c'était vraiment super."

"Very clean. Excellent location, walking distance from beach. Good amenities in room and air conditioning. En suite bathroom a little small, meant that things got wet in the bedroom. Would be great to have a small fridge in the room to store food and drink. Internet was also patchy. But overall great stay!"

"Great hotel and location. We loved El Castell. Hotel could do with more sun loungers by the pool. There are two massive double sunbeds topped off which nobody could use. Also reception could be quicker to check in, a lot of forms to get a towel, most places give towel cards. Reception also needs to have better knowledge we asked about tapas places and somewhere to watch the England match and they couldn’t really help us"

"These apartments are all about the fabulous view of the sea and the wonderful location right by the fabulous beach. There are two excellent pools, both with large separate paddling pool areas and perfect for those with small children, especially with the big boxes of buckets/spades/balls/other toys to play with. There are plenty of sun loungers which was great. There was no loud music and it’s a very peaceful place for a family holiday. The only minor drawback to be aware of is that the kitchen closes at 4pm so while there are some preprepared snacks available after that they get finished very quickly (despite the hotel advertising the bar serving tapas until late, which was a bit disappointing, though it’s so close to many excellent restaurants it’s not really an issue). The kitchenettes have a toaster and kettle which is great though no washing up liquid or any cloths/ brushes which was a shame given the price. Overall though we had a fantastic stay, really recommended."

"The experience my family and I was beyond description. The hotel staff was great since we arrived. The hotel has very nice views, very clean, well located, and it is beautiful. Our room was perfect, with a super nice view to Cala Galdana. My family loved the hotel, views, and all amenities. We are returning next year. Highly recommend"
