The staff is extremely friendly they always going the extra mile, as far the property is old the ac is noise but is a great location all restaurant and transportation are near 👌 the karaoke is outstanding

Staff was good, but rooms were dirty, they had stains on walls, and looks like they cleaned with a dirty mop, they switched us to a "new" room, but it was just the same, we stayed one night and switched to a different hotel.

Dirty rooms, bed and pillow sheets were stained and with hairs. Shower was clogged, smelled bad when AC was turned on. Federal police stayed and they did marching in the morning (6am) super loud. Breakfast was included however food was cold. Customer services was not great

todo me parece bien pero soy originaria de la Ciudad y en alguna ocasion ya estuvimos hospedados en este Hotel que tenia otro nombre, pero las habitaciones estan exactamente igual que años atras, el clima artificial es extremo dentro de la habitacion y dificil de manipular no hay punto medio, por lo demas me parece un lugar adecuado
