The location was walking distance to CBD. Staff were great. Cleanliness great. Loved the bbq and pool area and kitchen and laundry were very handy. Thank you for a great stay in Cairns!

I loved the cosy and well-equipped studio appartment. The location was excellent, so I would walk everywhere. It was good value for money. Also, the resident cat in the reception area is gorgeous. I hope to return one day.

Nice staff. Rooms are a bit tired and need refreshing. Grout in bathrooms was mouldy. Air con in main room didn’t work. 2 bedroom apartment was large. There is no oven or dishwasher. Full size refrigerator was handy. The pool area was nice. Location very convenient. Linen was clean.

The room was clean and tidy, hotel was close to esplanade , the bathroom was a bit dated. Not a large pool but a nice area including BBQ. Overall good value for the price, We would be happy to stay again when in Cairns next time

Pros: Clean, spacious, plenty of outlets (some located near bed), bright lighting if you wanted it, two blocks from the Esplanade/promenade, there is a guest laundry room (you will need coins). Neutral: 10 - 15 minute walk from 1 Spence Street/Marlin wharf, no oven, no dishwasher. Cons: No elevator, no toiletries, no washcloths (two bath towels and a shower floor mat), cannot view the TV from bed, Waited 15 minutes to check in--no one was at the reception desk and it was within the reception hours. My suggestion is to arrange in advance a code pick up for your keys. If your flight is delayed and it is after 5 PM, you might not reach anyone.

Stayed in room 303. Quite run down with paint falling off roof. The bed was very hard- quite uncomfortable for us and the pillows weren't good. Went and bought our own. Check in was smooth though and reception guy seems nice. Parking was easy and close to food.
