Ho fatto un lungo viaggio di ritorno a un'altra destinazione e ho chiesto di usare il loro forno a microonde per la mia zuppa. L'hanno fatto felicemente e mi hanno persino permesso di tenere il loro cucchiaio! Un ringraziamento speciale a Georgia che si è assicurata che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio lungo viaggio! Vorrei aver trascorso più tempo sul terreno dato che è così incredibilmente sereno. Hanno fatto uno sforzo così enorme per garantire che gli ospiti abbiano un'esperienza straordinaria qui! Non ti pentirai di aver scelto questo meraviglioso hotel durante i tuoi viaggi!"

"Room was a bit in a need of maintenance and not well cleaned. The reception staff were a bit slow and not very accommodating. All messages sent in advance of arrival were withered replied with delays or not at all. Our check-out was set for 11:00h but the receptionist insisted we should be leaving by 10:30h as there was a private hire on that day. I have showed her the check out details on my booking but all I got as a reply was “Yeah we need to update the check out time to 10:30h on the platform.” For people willing to sleep in and catch the last half an hour of the breakfast there is not much choose left and staff are not really good at replenishing the items that were finished by the earlier guests. There was no eggs, no bacon, not much juice and so many other things missing. Do not disturb settings on the door screen was ignored and staff entered the room whilst we were in to ask if they can tidy up the room. Air conditioning system not really sufficient for 35 degrees heat and super loud if you leave it on at night when you sleep even on the lowest setting. Overall I don’t think I will be staying with the Tenuta again. "

"Reception folks were great, friendly, helpful, room was great. Location was very close to where we were doing business so that worked well. I would say the only downside really was the restaurant. We had a 4.5 h drive from Milan and arrived just before 9pm, last entry was 9:30 so we got there about 9:20, it just all felt a bit rushed and obviously kicking out time soon. The food was ok. Breakfast was the worst, there was virtually no choice, was really disappointing and i had 1 egg and 1 slice of bacon just to eat something, business partner had nothing as the choice was so poor. Overall - I would stay here again but probably would plan to have breakfast elsewhere and get to the restaurant sooner in the evening or eat out. "

"The hotel is new, clean, well designed and uncluttered. Plenty of common areas, roomy breakfast hall with natural light. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have big showers with glass walls (no shower curtain needed). The front desk is helpful and the breakfast staff went out of their way to feed us even if we got there 5 minutes before closing. Free parking and space reserved to charge EVs. "
