Nous nous sommes présentés à l’heure au lieu de rendez-vous. 15h. Absolument impossible de contacter l’hote par Tous les moyens. On a contacté VRBO . La réservation a été annulée par hôte à 18h disant que nous n’avions pas l’âge minimum alors que nous avons tous plus de 60 ans. Il a dit à un voisin qu’il était overbooked. O On s’attendrait à ce que VRBO fasse une meilleure vérification des hôtes. Un tel comportement devrait le disqualifier de votre plateforme. Il y avait aussi un festival et impossible de trouver un hébergement. Nous avons dû faire 3 h de route. VRBO nous rembourse mais le processus au téléphone a été extrêmement long (2-3h) et en changeant plusieurs fois d’interlocuteur. On aurait apprécié que Vrbo nous aide avec la recherche de logement alternatif. Je dois dire que ceci nous a laissé un goût amer face à votre plate-forme. J’aimerais dire un bon mot pour agent Cristian S qui a été rassurant et présent tout au long de notre mésaventure. Nous apprécions le processus de remboursement rapide.
