As we were travelling by train to Padua it was very helpful to know the bus/tram options with our luggage. "What a charming place. From the entrance to to the features in the room. Coffee cups with tea and coffee, rolls, yogurt and juice and milk. Also water bottles. More that I expected. Good bed. Walking up the flights of stairs with suitcase is a lesson to pack lighter! We arrived late. Immediately responded how to get in to get our key. Great communication"
