Cet appartement est spacieux, proche de la mer avec un jardinet trés appreciable. Dommage que le nettoyage à mon gout etait succint.Le matériel cuisine inéxitant (pas de passoire, pas de cafetiére Tassimo comme c'etait prevu dans le contrat..)C'est dommage car avec un peu plus d'agencement cet appartement est trés agréable.

La situation à deux pas de la mer, le jardin fleuri, la literie de qualité, la douche agréable (bon débit de l'eau)...sont les points positifs de ce logement. Par contre, beaucoup de bémols, qui ont déjà été signalés dans les commentaires clients sur le site et dans le cahier des suggestions sur place, mais rien ne semble changer. En effet: nettoyage trÚs limite (poils de chat alors qu'animaux interdits: allergiques, fuyez!), matos cuisine rare, lavabo sdb qui coule dans le tiroir, etc.

Grand appartement’agrĂ©able et bien situĂ© mais la propretĂ© laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Le chauffage n’était pas en route Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et il faisait 13° , pas terrible avec un bĂ©bĂ©. Le point fort est la proximitĂ© de la plage et le jardin.

Chouette emplacement

Appartement propre et bien équipé. TrÚs bonne literie. Emplacement idéal à 250m de la mer, parking devant la résidence. Par contre, à l'arrivée dans l'appartement : pas de chauffage. Il y avait 11 degrés. Nous avons passé la soirée avec écharpe et doudounes, le temps que le chauffage atteigne péniblement une température convenable.

excellent rapport qualité prix! Situation idéale !

L'appartement est situé idéalement à 3 minutes de la plage à pieds (trajet sans danger pour les enfants) et 10 minutes du centre par la promenade de front de mer. La taille est parfaite pour une famille ou deux couples d'amis. Aucun désagrément de voisinage. Petit jardinet fort appréciable.
