"the staff is wonderful. Will not return due to constant hawking their junk on the beach Almost harassment, but will never return due to that! I have never experienced that level of intrusion at any other beach resort."

"My room had a foul sewer odor, I called to get it resolved but was not resolved. Additionally given the property is shared with the sister property we noticed the buffet was constantly full. I did not appreciate non guests coming there when their property serves all inclusive drinks and meals as well. They need a better system to prevent overcrowding or limit the use of shared amenities. Overall great staff, 2nd time at this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the first experience better!"

"The amenities are great and the pool bar people are amazing. The check in people along with the taxi coordinators had terrible attitudes. Another thing to note; if you aren’t paying for their private transportation you’ll have to walk outside of the property and onto the dirt road to be able to catch an uber or taxi. My room was ocean view so we had about a mile walk from our villa to the entrance of the resort."

"I hate to write this review because it exposes to the world what a true hidden gem this place is. This has been, without question, one of my best trips to Mexico. The Bahia team exceeded every expectation, from the amenities to the location to the staff. Amenities: The Sur Beach Club was top‑notch. Jocabed arranged our reservation, and the food and drinks were absolutely world‑class. It’s a quick walk from the property, and the sauna and pool were spotless and beautifully maintained. Location: Perfectly situated with plenty of great restaurants just steps away. Staff: Exceptionally attentive, polite, and genuinely welcoming. Room: Very clean and well maintained. You can hear cars outside if someone has a loud muffler, but it never woke me up or disrupted my stay. This was our first non all‑inclusive stay, and we’re officially converted. We’ll definitely be back. Huge kudos to the manager and the entire team for keeping this place running at such a high standard."

"This is our 3rd time coming here and it’s always been amazing. The property is still stunning, kept clean and the all-inclusive food and drinks are the best I’ve had anywhere. However, I have felt customer service took a deep decline this time around. 1. We went to Bella California for dinner and kept being ignored for their Elite members. We were told we can’t make reservations at the restaurants so when we kept getting ignored and pushed aside for other families to be seated we asked what was going on and were simply told “they’re elite members with reservations” no apologies and further explanation. 2. We are a Latin American family and while at the pool, it took a lot of effort to get the waiters attention at the pool. I even had to go find someone to help a few times. I did notice that other families had no issue with this. Waiters were constantly coming to the family next to me to check on them and would walk past mine. 3. Our room was cleaned once out of the 6 nights we stayed here 4. There was construction outside our suite with scaffolding blocking our view. I went to the front desk and asked what kind of construction will be done and if it will it disturb us. Reception said they don’t know the details of the construction. Well…the construction lasted the entire time we were there with loud machinery and debris falling into our patio. Since our room wasn’t cleaned, the debris was never picked up. Reception was not caring about any of this when I mentioned this."

"First off—whoever didn’t give Corazon five stars is tripping. The staff was amazing from the moment we got there, and the whole resort was top tier. The amenities were on point, the vibe was perfect, and everything you need is literally within walking distance—food spots, clubs, even Walmart. The location honestly couldn’t be better. Cabo was a whole experience and Corazon made it even better. Definitely coming back in August."
