The functional layout of the condo means an open living/dining area, complete with dark wood cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen. An island with bar seating for four sits alongside a dining table for six and an L-shaped couch, topped off with a wood-beamed ceiling. Natural desert hues are carried throughout the condo, including to each of the two bedrooms with built-ins and flat-screen televisions. A stacked washer/dryer adds convenience, while sliding glass doors mean indoor/outdoor possibilities. On the private terrace, you’re rewarded with a relaxing Jacuzzi and views stretching across the rolling hillside, the golf course, and on to the water beyond. The terrace also adds an outdoor dining table for six, as well as a built-in grill and outdoor kitchen area. Continuous Mexican marble flooring is carried throughout the condo’s interior and exterior space.

• Holiday stays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Week, and New Year’s Week) are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
