Apartment well located, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with luxury shower, laundry area, large living room, all furnished, parking space, bed in all rooms, closets, refrigerator, stove, freezer, 3 TVs, washing machine, table in the kitchen, dining table in the room. Very close to Praia do Forte, one of the best in Brazil and also near the canal (exit to the Japanese Island). quiet location with great restaurants nearby. Silent at night and very airy (Does not beat the sun on the terde).

Fuimos con mi familia (3) para carnaval, teniendo a sólo 2,5 cuadras la Playa nos era ideal y a la noche había mucho movimiento por esos lados. Excelente la atención de Flavio, todo funcionaba bien y las cosas en orden

Pessoal o apartamento é excelente, limpo e aconchegante. O Flávio proprietário é super atencioso e deixa TD bem esclarecido tanto pelo ZAP e contrato. O Flávio zelador que nos recebe no local TB é bem atencioso. Adorei a estadia perto de tudo praias e comércio. Só usei o carro para ir em Arraial e na rua dos biquínis em Cabo frio. As demais coisas fiz tudo a pé. Obrigada Flávio pela atenção em breve voltarei.

Estadia maravilhosa

Gostamos muito de passar nossas férias em Cabo Frio. A praia é pertinho do apartamento, e é uma das melhores para ir com crianças. O Flávio é uma pessoa bem correta na negociação e deixa tudo muito claro com respeito as regras do imóvel. Recebemos o reembolso da caução no mesmo dia que fomos embora. O apartamento é ótimo, bem localizado próximo da praia e do bairro da Passagem que é um lugar maravilhoso. Um dos quartos é realmente bem pequeno mas as crianças ficaram muito bem nele. Estava tudo muito limpo e tem praticamente tudo que é necessário para se passar alguns dias. Sentimos falta de ter uns potinhos com tampa para guardar as coisas na geladeira. E se tivesse ar condicionado seria perfeito para os dias mais quentes. Mas no geral nós amamos a nossa estadia em Cabo Frio no apartamento do Flávio e com certeza voltaríamos numa próxima oportunidade.

Excelente localização, check-in fácil, sala ampla, 2 quartos espaçosos com um banheiro bem espaçoso entre eles, todos os acessórios de cozinha, e um terceiro quarto de empregada pequeno na área da cozinha, com banheiro próprio. Apartamento aconchegante, com mobília intacta e muito bem localizado. Pertinho da praia, restaurantes e outros comércios locais. Sem contar que o anfitrião é muito atencioso e cuidadoso com tudo.
