"Great location, clean and well-kept, secure parking behind a private gate, and beautiful beach views with direct access to the sand. The large, open concept living/dining/kitchen is comfortable, bright and inviting. The bedrooms are comfortable - just be warned, only 1 TV in the living room, but you're on vacation anyway! There is a newer, lower tier to the patio with pavers (in the pics it's sand and plants below the fire pit level) that is awesome - it's like you're sitting right on the beach.Another plus - for those who have never been to Puerto Penasco, the tide goes out very far during low tide. Most of the surrounding beach is very rocky when the tide goes out, but this house is situated directly in front of a sand bar, so there's pretty much clear sand all the way to the water.Walmart is right down the street, and we found it very easy to drive to and from the Malecon area for fantastic seafood.We were a little confused finding the place because the numbering system is screwy - sections 7 and 8 come first, so you think you've missed section 6 where the house is located, but 6 is actually after 7 and 8 for some reason! We drove back to the very helpful security post at the front and had a good laugh!We will definitely look to re-book this location!"

"The process once in Mexico was smooth and easy. House was nice. Near the beach. Only complaints is the water pressure is very low and water only got lukewarm. Refrigerator/freezer doesn’t get cold. Had fresh caught fish in the freezer for 3 days and it never froze. We got it home slightly chilled. We’ll see if it kept!?"
