"This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there."

"Just a pleasant hotel a few hours from NYC"

"TV had a permanent line, remote only worked to change the channel, had to turn on/volume manually, when showering the drain did not drain at all, shower water temperature nozzle was either removed/broken off. Dirty vents too, yuck. The staff was attempting to be helpful but were limited in how much they could help. The breakfast was a joke, only warm item was the egg patty that was used to be scrabbled eggs, and cereal. Now would I stay here again, maybe, if I had another death in family."

"Always a good experience. I highly recommend them"

"Stayed here when my husband was in the hospital after heart surgery. It was very clean and quiet! I was on the 4th floor, the hotel was fully booked but I could have sworn I was the only person on the floor. 10/10 will stay here again."

"Excellent."

"Excellent place! I stayed 3 nights, traveling solo and felt safe the entire time. It was super close to Mayo and convenient for appointments. Staff was phenomenal and service was stellar. I will be staying again when I return."

"Always pleasant. Never a problem. I recommend them highly."

"Everything was wonderful!!!!!"

"I have always had good experiences staying here in the past, but this visit was highly disappointing. I was given the wrong room type, and although the space appeared clean, wiping up a small kitchen spill left my rag completely covered in dirt. To make matters worse, the parking garage was full, forcing visitors to park four and a half blocks away and wait for a shuttle in a very uncomfortable environment with people yelling profanities in the street. I ended up parking on a side street and...

"Hot tub doesn’t work (I was told by staff directly: “for years.” And pool was unusable due to how dirty and gross it looked (hairballs floating everywhere). Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, rooms smelled gross as well. Breakfast was greasy and cheap. This place sucks."

"Clean, spacious and very modern. Would definitely stay here again."
