"We were promised a king and got a full"

"The room was very nice and roomy but did have a bit of a musty smell upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the fact that they offered breakfast was a nice touch. The biggest drawback really was the stairs. They are quite steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage. I saw another guest fall trying to navigate his luggage. I never would have gotten my big suitcase up the stairs by myself. I do have to say that the person at the front desk offered assistance if needed,...

"This place was very clean and spacious. We loved having a big living room as well as a bedroom. The location is also great because you're right across the bridge from downtown Newburyport. We would walk over and it was only a 15 minute walk to all the restaurants, and you got beautiful views of the water along the way. The only complaint was the walls are VERY thin. There were people in the room next to us having a conversation, not even loud, and we could hear every word as if they were in the...

"That's our favorite place to go !"

"Brand new facility. Very clean, friendly, and great breakfast."

"La propreté, l’emplacement, proximité du train, les commodités de l’établissement"

"My brother and I stayed for a 4 night stay and we were super impressed with how clean the hotel was but also how on top of everything housekeeping was. The front desk was also super helpful and informative. My brother did say breakfast eggs were cold one morning but not sure if he brought it up to the staff. The beds and pillows were also...

"I"

"Staff was nice, breakfast was ok, place was clean for the most part. BUUUT - the wifi barely works, the bathroom has a distinctively moldy aroma, the A/C - Heating unit is obnoxiously loud, they do not provide turn down service (like clean towels or bed making), the walls are paper thin, and one night I was there I had 3 cops pounding on my door at 3:30AM searching for a "suspicious character" on the property. Would I come back here for $150 / night. Absolutely not. This is a cleaner version...

"Quaint"

"L’hôtel manque de rénovation et les lits et oreillers n’étaient pas confortable. Mauvais rapport qualité prix."

"I love the breakfast. There are clean and big rooms ."

"Great stay! Very clean. Looking forward to staying again."
