"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hideaway Escapes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They went out of their way to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was comfortable and the whole experience felt relaxed and well-organized. "We stayed at The Angel because we were attending a function there. The staff were very pleasant but it is quite basic. There is no breakfast and nearest car park about 5 minute walk. The rooms were ok but plenty of room for improvement. Rooms were quite cold, no carpet on floor so getting out of bed onto a cold floor woke you up! There are no staff over night at the hotel, I wouldn’t stay again."

"The heating in our room wasn't working when we arrived but it was sorted whilst we had supper which was great. The information on the website needs to be changed to say that there is no parking and directions to the nearest car parks added. Other than that, a pleasant room and nice food both in the bar and at breakfast."
