I was slightly nervous to stay here after reading some of the reviews but don’t be put off. It’s a bargain and full of character and charm - you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time.
It’s owned by Champneys, and once renovations are complete I’m sure you’ll be paying much more to stay here. In the meantime you get 10% off spa treatments at their very fancy next door hotel."
