"This place, in my opinion, is a DUMP! I went with my daughters this past weekend for dance competition. The dust/smudges/dirt on the surfaces, in the shower, hair in the bathroom sink, carpet felt "moist." The noise from the floor above was ridiculous. We could hear EVERY step taken. There was a wad of gum stuck on the nightstand; clear indication that there is NO cleaning being done at this location! The dust on the lampshade was so THICK!! The breakfast options, though "free," were still mediocre. The place looks like it's stuck in the 70's/80's. After expressing my issues with the woman at the front desk, she wasn't accommodating, She didn't offer any possible solutions and REFUSED to work with me. Told me if I checked out I'd simply lose my money that I'd paid for the room. Expedia contacted the property to try to come to a resolution and the desk clerk still REFUSED to refund my money (like it was HER money,) but expedia worked with me, got my onekey cash account loaded and my family and I were able to move to a more modern, clean facility, with NO issues. THANKS EXPEDIA for your excellent customer service!"

"We were very disappointed in the condition of our room and the hotel. The pool was not open, WiFi was not available, fan in bathroom didn’t work, refrigerator wasn’t functioning and there was no hand soap available per the cleaning crew. The staff were friendly and apologized that items weren’t available, but we expected more from this hotel chain."

"This hotel is only a place to sleep. It was quiet considering it is near an airport and major street. The facility is worn and needs a facelift. The breakfast was minimal. Juice was watered down as was the pancake batter and the coffee. There were minimal choices provided for breakfast so I would not count on that if you have a big day of travel ahead. There are minimal toiletries provided. Basically soap and shampoo only. Towels in our room were newish but in our second room they were worn. In the rooms it was clear that the staff did not move the lamps to vacuum. Which makes you wonder what other corners were cut in cleaning. Our AC worked a little too well while that in our second room did not work at all. This was the closest hotel to where our event was and the parking was wide open. The staff at check was super friendly and very accommodating."
