"Guest service was excellent and everyone was friendly. Room is somewhat small and technology setting was not easy to get around, such as control on TV or room lightning. Location is excellent I love the fact I can walk from airport terminal. The only challenge is it’s right in airport so not much other choice for food other than eating at hotel. Dinner choices are awesome but breakfast was mediocre. Regardless I enjoyed my stay! "

"CitizenM exceeded all my expectations. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel room itself was spotless, and incredibly futuristic. My only criticism would be the inability to pay with cash. I understand as we step further and further into the future, we use it less and less. But my card hadn’t worked in France since I arrived, so I found myself unable to purchase anything. "

"The room was very small. At the largest width is was 2m wide. My bed went from wall to wall against the window. I had to unpack my suitcase because there was no way to have it open and move around the room. I expected more young people, but there were an equal number of middle age business travelers like myself. Aside from that the stay was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. I sprained my ankle and they helped me find a doctor."

"This is a very fun, quirky hotel. Rooms are lovely although very compact and beautifully outfitted. Hotel and lobby are lovely. Staff was fantastic both at midnight when we arrived and at 9 am when we checked out. "
