This property was perfect for our annual tubing trip in Mansfield. It gave us the quiet in between the fun. The hot tub was amazing, cabin was cozy and provided a perfect amount of space for the 8 of us. I only wish we would have been able to stay longer.

The cabin is located in the perfect location to enjoy Mohican state park. It looked exactly like the pictures in person. We saw deer each morning and the owners reached out to us before our stay and gave us some ideas of things to do. They were very friendly.

We had a great time at the Butler Cabin. There were 8 adults and accommodated us well. The rooms, hot tub, and fire ring were great. I thought the location was also great. We were able to go hiking, kayaking, and shop with very minimal drive time.

Three generations of my family stayed at the cabin for a getaway over the 4th of July. Everyone had their own private space in the cabin and we were all able to come together in the main living areas of the cabin. There was something for everyone at the cabin - hot tub, fire pit, games, etc. The location is also close to Mohican State Park with its great hiking trails. We had an enjoyable visit to the Ugly Bunny winery and had a great dinner at the Castle. A great time was had by all!

This was truly the perfect place for our girls trip. There was plenty of space for 6 adults, without feeling crowded. The amenities were well thought out, from the extra towel for the hot tub and oversized towels to the kitchen amenities, games and activities. The hot tub was clean and clear, and plenty of fire wood for a fire. Check in and out was sple. 10/10 recommend.

The house was AMAZING. Decorated so cute for Christmas. Our little get away was so nice. The drive way is a bear but we didn't have a white one so it was ok lol. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is our second stay at this cabin. Luke and Amy are terrific hosts and are very prompt at getting back with you. The cabin looks just as nice in person as it does in the photos. It has everything we needed and its proximity to Mohican state park and Bellville made both of our trips special. Everything in the cabin works as it should. The hot tub and gas fireplace are amazing. The fireplace has a blower and puts out a good amount of heat. And we saw deer out back most mornings. We will definitely be back.

The property was very private and had a grand cabin feel. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi at night gazing at all the stars. Everything needed to cook with and lots of games to play. Luke was very helpful with the wifi and anything else we may need. It was nice for some disconnect from TV, and even though we did connect a game, it was fun for all of us. Very close to Kayaking the river or enjoying Mohican Park.

We enjoyed our stay at this Butler cabin. The check-in process was extremely easy and the property management team/owner provided all of the information ahead of time to make check-in extremely efficient. The property was very clean upon our arrival and is a beautiful location to enjoy some amazing family time in a very rural setting. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation in a remote setting. Thank you for making our experience truly amazing!

The cabin was great everyone commented that they really liked it. Make sure you have 4 wheel drive to get up the incline of the stone drive up to the cabin. Which both vehicle had and was able to get to the cabin with no problem. We were there to go on a river trip but was hoping for a little more to do in the area other than Mohican Adventures and hiking. All in all everyone had a great time and would definitely recommend the cabin to others.

Very clean and cute place. Only thing o would change is having the TV in a common area and having a washer and dryer. With it being cold our bathing suites did not dry and we had to put them on wet the next day. Other than that it was a very nice place.

Three generations of my family stayed at the cabin. Everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the hot tub daily and had a fun time at night making s’mores around the fire pit. As for location there was something for everyone nearby. Some of us enjoying biking, walking or running on the nearby bike path. Others enjoyed hiking at Mohican. We all had a fun time at the Ugly Bunny Winery. What a great place to hang out. And we enjoyed an awesome meal at Landoll Castle. The cabin is in great condition and kept very clean. We definitely plan on staying here again.

My family and I shared this house with another family for a weekend getaway. The house was amazing! It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked nicely and the views of the woods and nature was so pretty! The hot tub was very relaxing as well. The only thing I would recommend would be another TV in the upstairs of the house since the only TV there is in the kids room downstairs. Also, having the ability to use a washer and dryer on site would be a big bonus! If you plan on wanting clean clothes, you’ll need to drive into town and use the laundromat. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again!
