I wish I could give this hotel a better rating, considering how much the reservation cost. Before we even checked in, we had to deal with the unhelpful and borderline rude staff, which we were unbothered by at the time. However, it ended up factoring into this review after experiencing the rest of our "stay" at Hotel Lesign. We booked the room for 3 days/2 nights and we were not even able to stay in the hotel for a full hour before we left and booked a different hotel.
The room was disgusting and graffitied, the shower did not work (the water just came out of a pipe jutting out of the wall at ankle height), and the tub was dirty with a bunch of hair still in it. We were also unable to turn on the A/C unit, though we admittedly did not stay long enough to put effort into figuring it out. We booked this hotel for the location, which didn't even end up being that great, and it was completely inappropriate for our family with 2 young kids. Once we left, we booked a different hotel, one block from the beach, with a private in-room pool for 1/3 the price. I understand there was a K-Pop concert in the area the weekend that we booked, but the price for this hotel for 2 nights was absolutely unacceptable.
