Charming Georgian flint cottage

This charming Georgian cottage is packed full of character features coupled with all new modern facilities having been lovingly refurbished to a high standard. Guests have full access to the entire property which is just a short walk to the bustling market town centre of Bury St Edmunds.
The space
Our cottage is so cosy with a wood burning stove, newly fitted kitchen and bathroom and cosy bedroom with exposed brick feature walls throughout. It is a gem of a hideaway nestled just a stones throw from the town centre.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Make yourselves at home and enjoy the cottage and all it offers for a relaxing getaway.
Other things to note
The only concideration to make you aware of is that the rear yard area does have shared access to my neighbours cottage so please do be considerate of neighbours passing throughout the courtyard.

Lovely little cottage, perfect location with walking distance to the town centre (10/15mins), had a lovely weekend celebrating my partners birthday just what we needed to have a break and relax. The cottage was lovely especially the fire in the evenings as it got a bit chilly in the cottage, we really enjoyed our stay

... in a perfect location to explore Bury St Edmunds. Easy walking distance to the town centre. Tom & Ali are very helpful and make the stay trouble free. A washing machine/drier would make longer stays a little easire.

My son and his girlfriend stayed here and they loved their stay. They loved having a fire in the evenings to make them feel cozy. The bed was very comfy and they had great sleep. Everything was there that they needed it was absolutely perfect for the two of them. It was great as they could leave car there and walk into town. Thank you

Lovely little georgian cottage.Friendly neighbours.lovely shower ,fanrastic super comfortable bed.Short walk to bury town center.Basically a home away from home.Thanks Tom i really enjoyed my stay.
