The beds were comfortable and clean. During our sleep we were constantly being awakened by a external fan relatively close to our bedroom widow and due to the extraordinary hot weather we had to keep our window open but the noise was too much to sleep continously sound, after chatting with the owners in the morning...

"Loved its location, just a short walk from the beach, although slightly steep. Free parking. We loved the hotel, although it appeared a little dated and maybe required some upkeep, it had great facilities and staff. It had a swimming pool, a pool table in a conservatory with tables. The rooms were great, we had the family studio and it had a large bedroom, great comfy bed, through which was a small kitchenette, with dining table and another 2 single beds and a fan. Couldn't fault the space. The only thing I would say is that if the curtains were blackout, we would have had a better sleep. We really liked it and would stay again"

Glass in bathroom over looked the main house and could be seen through (needs top of window screening) stuck towel over it. One one tea spoon at the breakfast table. Two chairs needed to watch TV only one provided. Needed more flowers and generally prettying up. Could be so much nicer there."
