"Staff was super friendly and it was a basic room, but everything we needed. Walking distance to the places we wanted to go. We would go back."

"The parking lot was full of homeless people and they all kept fighting with eachother and one guy was arguing with a palm tree! I took a picture of a guy asking for money and getting mad when you said No. He the sat ourside and passed out! The hotel stairs and hallways were disgusting! There was cops every night in the parking lot at all hours of the date and nights due to the homeless. I ended up finding out that they accept vouchers from the homeless programs.In order for these people to actually live on the property. I feel like this should have been disclosed at check in to allow me to have a decision on whether or not I still wanted to stay there. The sink was completely clogged, a microwave was not and working condition at all, there was an electrical wire connecting to the room door next to me that kept sparking. The light fixture in the middle area of the room was broken. There were people screaming and running up and down the hallways at all hours as well, unable to get a good night's sleep. The time was very dirty. They did not provide coffee, nor breakfast and the pool was out of order for what seems like months. When I requested my money back after the first night, the man at check , in was upset and yelling any different language. Then tells me that no , there are no refunds. I felt that I was forced to stay there. I do not recommend this location at all.And I hope that no one else makes a mistake in staying there! VMelendrez Room 218"

"I have no idea how this thing got a 7.0 stars. It is the WORST BY FAR sleezy motel I have a ever accidentally booked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THIS THING IS NOT WORTH $10. "

"Check in was not friendly, room was not complete clean, smaller then it showed online,area where this property was not tge best, you have cleaned it aftet you leave, if anything goes wrong there no one to get help."

"The eggs weren’t all that great; However, the lady serving the breakfast was great. The front desk Alec was awesome considering he was the ONLY one working for whatever reason. Also, I had to pay $18 on top of my room fee PER NIGHT. "

"Room has old and dirty carpet, bathroom small, standing shower barely has enough room to turn around even for a 15 year old kid, The hotel Pool has been closed. Parking was additional daily charge. No microwave, broken coffee maker, TV had a few local channels. Overall the hotel feels like it was not updated since the 50's."

"They sell pool seats to day trippers on ResortPass out from under their guests, so you, the hotel guest, have nowhere to sit on the pool deck. I’ve stayed here 5-6 times in the past, and this is my last. Also, room shower only offered scorching or cold water - no warm."
