Top Burton Barr Central Library Hotel Reviews
Hyatt Regency Phoenix
10/10 Excellent
"Great downtown location for sports or concerts. "
"I loved everything about this hotel! The staff was amazing! So helpful, friendly, polite. The property was clean and modern. I would stay here every time I come to phoenix. 10/10 recommend "
"The room itself was super clean and well kept, there were some amenities that weren’t listed so that was a nice surprise. The host is very responsive and gave a detailed list of everything related to the room and parking, that was greatly appreciated. AC was good the whole time and never had any issues with it. Showers were clean and water was hot/cold as desired. Full kitchen and some basic cooking supplies was great. Both rooms had their own bathroom. Whole apartment was much better compared to some budget hotels I’ve stayed at.
Im listing some things that I liked or didn’t mind but might bother others. Beds in my room were very soft, some exposed smooth concrete walls and floors, there was a nightclub/bar across the street and you could hear them pretty late into the night with windows closed, room seemed to get a bit humid by the night time.
Had some issues with the dryer in unit, seemed to not work but wasn’t there long enough to contact anyone about it and was only one small load of laundry.
Worst part was the parking lot just lots of trash and the elevator was a bit rickety, but I don’t dock the review for that.
Would really recommend if you are staying a bit longer and want to be more self sufficient, it’s like renting your own apartment for your stay.
Overall 10/10 I am looking forward to staying here again."
