"No air conditioning as they promised. No hot water kettle in the rooms to make coffee or tea. No napkins. For hair wash body wash and hand wash just one thing. Staff was so unhappy to help. Very basic rooms for a 3 star. It should be 1 star or less."

"The room was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The receptionist, Olha, was very kind and polite. The breakfast selection could have been larger, as the variety was too limited and did not meet our expectations."

"The airport shuttle was very helpful. Staff were welcoming and willing to answer all our questions. The city train/bus/ferry pass helped cut down on travel costs and made it easy to get around the area. The view from hotel window, pool and patio was beautiful and the pool was warm and spacious. Breakfast was very good. A/c worked very well and we were there during a heat wave. Would definitely stay here again!"
