"The Pan Pacific Vancouver was the perfect place for us after getting off our cruise ship. We could walk our luggage to an elevator to the front desk. Despite being mid-morning, our room was ready, which meant we could drop our bags and immediately begin exploring Vancouver on foot. Our harbor view was sensational. The room was clean and comfortable. Our dining experiences were very good. Ours was an extremely busy convention weekend, which occasionally resulted in crowded elevators. But on the whole, hotel staff seemed to handle the crush quite well."

"Great stay and seamless, pleasant and helpful service from every staff member, we dealt with. Room was comfortable and quiet. Gym and pool areas were spacious, never crowded and a nice part of our stay. View from our 8th floor room was fantastic. "

"What a fabulous, historic hotel! We were thrilled to have the opportunity to stay here. From the moment we arrived we were treated as honored guests -- everyone, from the doorman to the concierge, were welcoming and professional. Our suite on the gold floor was beautifully appointed and very comfortable, with almost any amenity we could have requested. The bed was very comfy and we greatly appreciated having a sitting area in the evening where we could unwind. Speaking of unwinding, the food in the executive lounge is over the top -- Abundant, varied, and so tasty! Plenty of drink choices as well as food options, and the pastries are not to be missed! It was certainly a grand experience. Unfortunately, there was one downside to our time at the hotel -- nothing warned us that quite a few rooms have NO air conditioning! It got a bit warm on the 9th floor, but at least we could open the windows to help keep the room cool. Ultimately, we would stay here again, but would check to be sure we booked a room with AC."
