"Very clean, very friendly, welcoming staff 10/10"

"The staff were very attentive. Mobile check in was a breeze and they had a crib ready for our baby within a few minutes. Happy hour in the mezzanine was a great addition with 2 free drinks and some snacks, but be quick the lines can get long fast. Pool was a little on the cool side but very refreshing and towels were supplied. Shower pressure in the room was a little low but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites River North"

"Highly recommend this hotel; I was in Chicago visiting for a festival and the room was in excellent conditions. Location was great since I dint get to spend money on Uber’s. Overall I would definitelly recommend to stay here."
