"Definitely the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable hotel we stayed in during our trip to New Zealand South Island during the off season Winter months (June). Getting to eat venison in the Patterson's restaurant was a delicious treat, and the upgrade to the King business suite was amazing with the comfortable beds and pillows, warm fireplace and cozy couch and large bathroom with 2 sinks and the full tub , with plates, silverware, cups, and tea supplies. Staff was very professional, polite, and prompt service was appreciated. We will definitely stay here again! "

"Love this hotel, have stayed multiple times for work, in a safe quiet area in easy walking distance to town. Staff are alwaysy lovely. This stay I had a funny noisy flappy sound outside my room which I phoned reception about and it was sorted with no interruption within 30mins. Room service options are good- the fried chicken is yum! "
