Although the property is on the second floor, this allows a vantage point to people watch, and see the town wake up, or the Sunday market setting up! When we arrived, we checked to see if bread, milk, sugar, tea, or, as we had seen in other welcome packs, a cake... Nothing was provided. "Very modern and well equipped property in central Holt with parking approx.200m away. Minor negatives - Cars park across the front of the property despite double yellow lines (1 hour parking slots in Cross St). Pillows very uncomfortable in bedroom - would suggest new ones and also provision of 2 sets of towels for people staying a week.. Door stop or equivalent required for door onto patio."
