"1. Staff each are full of smiles and friendly. 2. Very clean in the lobby and restaurant areas. 3. Room is clean, smell good, bright and welcoming. 4. Carpet in the hallways makes it a little difficult to maneuver luggage because of the resistance. 5. Hotel Hopper provides bus transportation to the airport is available for a small fee. 7£ pp as of this review. It will go to other hotels to pick up others going to the airport so provide time for that and your flight. 6. Room service food was decent and enjoyable. Breakfast was plenty of options with vegan and vegetarians in mind. 7. Three night stay so far and they have been pretty consistent. Had three different rooms due to flight cancellations which required that I reserve again at the hotel each day. 8. The hotel is just minutes from the airport but Uber or Bolt will charge 30£+. 9. Highly recommended location. 10. Leonard Hotel is a hidden gem. (Pic of my meal. Yes, I had two glasses of white wine. Salmon was delicious. Well cooked.)"
