"Simon the Landlord and Michaela, who was behind the Bar when I arrived, were hospitable and very welcoming. The bed was super cosy and Seaford is a lovely place to visit - something for everyone. The Welly does great food - I heard people talking about it when I was waiting for my train home!! The pub has bingo and quiz nights. I recommend The Wellington. "Nice place, comfortable but on flight path to Gatwick so a lot of aircraft noise every few months. Sleep wasn’t disturbed by using ear plugs. "

"We found the staff welcoming and friendly. The rooms were comfortable with everything one would need for a short stay. The breakfast buffet bar simply groaned with a huge range of cold food and drinks and there was a good menu for cooked alternatives. We were only able to fit in one evening meal and we went for the specials choosing fish for both starter (trout paté) and for mains – as we were near the sea, we decided on ‘catch of the day’ which turned out to be sea bass.
