"Loved the stay! This place is super nice and very affordable. Has all the apps on the tv to enjoy like Netflix, NFL, Peacock, etc. The only downside is that it’s kind of in the ghetto but there is a gate that separates the nice apartments from the neighborhood next to it. Lots of places nearby to eat within walking 2 minutes of driving!"

Host could provide hand towels so your not using body towels to dry hands and face while using bathroom sinks.There was a used pajama set left hanging in upstairs bathroom upon arrival. "My stay was amazing. I didn’t have any problems. The host was very nice and I will be booking with them again."

"The location and property are real, but this listing is not. I messaged twice ahead of time and got no response which should have been an indication. Never got check-in instructions. Showed up at property to see if I could get any help. Had to get a hotel for 2 nights while waiting for VRBO to help. At the end, I got a refund and “host cancelled my reservation” and citing “not the minimum age”. I’m over 40 and have perfect VRBO renter reviews."

"The unit itself is lovely and clean and host was very communicative. TV didn't work but that didn't really bother us. There is fairly loud road/airplane/train noise and the entrance from the garage to unit needs improvement. The neighborhood isn't the best but that is likely why the unit is priced where it's at. Overall, it worked for our needs."
