The buffet dining area presented some design safety issues as there are many split levels to navigate. Just good to know to take care if you have some visual impairment or balance on steps while holding food. A decent selection of English news channels on TV. Service by staff was fabulous, especially Concierge Jang who treated us like royalty. Thank you"

Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities. This is one of the top hotels in Seoul and the price of food onsite reflects that.
