This waterfront home is set up to accommodate multiple families with space to spare. Incredible lake views allow for a dramatic finish to your days on the water. Enjoy the great outdoors on the 300 feet of sandy beach shoreline. The home is located on the public side of Lake Anna, with access to a dock and boat launch. Five beach chairs, five kayaks, three stand-up paddleboards, one canoe, and six luxury beach towels are available.

The two separate kitchens and two separate family rooms and dining areas make this the perfect home to gather your family and friends. A high chair, baby gates, a booster seat, and age-appropriate games and books are available for younger guests. Amenities include a pool table, home theater, Xbox, PS3, and board games. The boathouse has a jet ski slip, cleats to tie up your boat, and a water slide and swim ladder. The area has several vineyards, including Cooper Vineyard, a beautiful place to visit in the fall.

All fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License.

The Floating lake trampoline will be at the home during warmer months - this is subject to change depending on availability and weather.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Dock details: A jet ski slip and cleats to tie up boats are available for guest use. All drivers of a motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License. There is also a waterslide.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
