"It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more...

"Upon arrival, we noticed that the property has a good size, but it requires serious maintenance and upgrades. The main issue we encountered was the poor sealing of the front door, the next day of our first day of stay the inside of house was full of bugs that entered through the gaps of the front door , and some of the bug were even in the beds. The furniture quality is notably low, and there was a lack of attention to decorative aspects of the property. The beds were smaller than expected for...

Our family booked a stay with this VRBO and showed up to a filthy unit with urine on toilets, pubic hairs on the toilet seat (on and under), mold in the shower, hair and trash on the floor, used soaps left in the dish (multiple) and dead bugs as well as spiders crawling on the walls. It's pictures are accurate and it's a very peaceful property in a great location right across the street from Rocking R to get in the river.
