"Great boutique hotel at end and more quieter section of Nyhavn area. It had great character, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. only issue is they forgot to charge me for my rooms upon check-in so I covered it at checkout. I received a phone call the next day that they forgot to charge me for one night of my room and I had to do that online. Then I got a terse email saying I didn’t pay it online when I had in fact paid and all because they forgot to do the right thing twice. I was slightly annoyed that I didn’t receive a phone call apologizing for the inconvenience. Something they should’ve addressed especially since it was their issue. "
