"Beautiful property, very clean. Friendly staffs. Expensive area but it’s worth the services. However, internet and phone reception were not reliable from my room"

"Overall friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. Booked a king bed with balcony room, but was assigned a room with dirty balcony hence we did not utilise the balcony at all. We also got a room meant for handicap users, hence the toilet door, shower handle, mirror to the shower space was designed for handicap users in mind. It was slightly inconvenient and limited our usage of the toilet. The hotel is walking distance to the train station but due to the going construction of the property few blocks away from the hotel, the path was rough and often blocked by heavy vehicles with no proper pedestrian walkways. We did not feel the safest commuting by foot around the property. Able to reach bukit bintang area in ~15 mins by walking. Would try another hotel next time."

"Like: good breakfast, quiet, convenient with the affordable price Dislike: it has a strong stinky smell like pesticides in the room and saw a tiny mite like moving bug in the bathroom. There is more room in hospitality training of staff in the registrations and dining areas."

"The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused."

"Great and convenient place to stay. All was great. Tip: Have Whatsapp ready as details and photos for using the aprtment were sent through Whatsapp. Also 200MYR room deposit cash was the easiest for International travellers like us. It was returned on checkout."
