"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. During check-in time the receptionist was busy with findings charging cables and their phone.

電梯灰塵有點多，沖澡時水柱很強也很舒服，但是剛我那間水退得有點慢，導致洗完澡後有點淹水！

"The Family Room has nice windows for walls on two sides and was larger than the advertised 22 m2. It was actually 25 m2. However, it does NOT have 1 queen and 1 single bed because it can only sleep 2 people, not 3. It has 2 super single beds.
The room had a kettle, but no coffee or tea as advertised.
This is the first hotel that I have seen that does not provide standard toilet paper. Instead, they give you a box of facial tissue. Kind of odd, but it did the job.
