"This is our 3rd stay here in Pan Pacific and we will definitely come back as the location is superb! Close to everything but far enough away from the busy streets just outside Pavilion Mall. Ms. Farah was amazing! So friendly and personable when she checked us in and also what a friendly smile to greet us at breakfast. The only thing that I could find that was the not so pleasant were the smells/odours that were the emanating from the drain from the bathroom floor. Occasionally it would clear up but it was there during our entire stay. I would suggest that the hotel conduct more frequent sanitising cleaning throughout their drainage system. Other than this the room was very clean and everything in great working order."

"This was a great stay. The rooms are outdated but for the money I paid, I received more than I paid. Onsen, convenience store stocked with goodies, shuttle to airport and the mall and train station. "

"What a fabulous start to our adventure! You're right in the heart of the action. The room was spectacular with high ceilings and a city view. Bed was a dream and pillows even better. Staff were kind and attentive. So many things to do at your door and wonderful food options. Try Wildflowers directly across firm the main door. Infused cocktails and stunning dishes like the prawn ceviche. Breakfast was wonderful. Pasar Seni train, 3 mins walk to take you around the city. Cheap, quick and frequent. You can swap lines at certain stations and access the entire city quickly and cheaper than Grab. Hotel lobby bar has a lovely viewpoint for the city skyline, including Petronas Towers and especially the Merdeka 118. Thank you to the team 🙏"
