"ボディソープが無く依頼しましたが、結局補充されませんでした。またルームサービスでビールを頼みましたが、1時間も連絡がなく結果催促いたしました。 そのほかは部屋も綺麗で、過ごしやすかったです！"

"Clean and comfortable, but there is a roof top bar and check events beforehand as we had loud music until 4:30am one night!"

"The food was great. The staff were super helpful! Shout out to Jeff! Overall had a great experience. However, staff service was slow on Monday, not sure if the staff were tired from a super busy Sunday. Just something to consider."

"EXCELLENT SERVICE, PERSONNEL DÉVOUÉ"

"Roca Golf hotel is in a lovely location but it is poor value for money. Perhaps they rely too much on people being close to the golf course. "Property looks nice from outside but the inside is not properly cared for. The curtains are misplaced. They are dusty. The bathroom is not fixed. The showers are not fixed. The dinner was terrible. I was served half rotten chicken and i still paid for it. "

"Excellent "price performer" for my visit to Bujumbura as a solo traveler. Clean, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I ate at the hotel's restaurant, and it was a good experience."

"Staff were courteous"

"Need Some thing to entartain in Property & Few more plug to charge the mobile & Laptops "

"Internet, water, and power are turned off most of the day. If you want water for the shower or toilet you would ask the front desk and within 3 hours you would recieve cold water. I stayed there a month with no hot water ever. Swimming pool was a pond open to the community. No TV. This is camping, not staying at a nice hotel. The windows in the 4 different rooms i stayed in were broken. They would move me each time something would brake. "
