"This was the perfect spot to stay in Amsterdam. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The hotel was newly renovated very clean, rooms are air conditioned beds comfortable. Rooms were small but I was expecting this. You can not beat the location. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I loved my stay at Volkshotel! It’s well-connected and just steps from the metro, making it super convenient to get around. The interior is hip and stylish, with lots of personality. The highlight for me was definitely the sauna and jacuzzi — such a great way to unwind. I had hoped to work from the coworking area, but it was often full and a bit tricky to find a seat. Still, overall a fantastic experience and I’d gladly return!"

"This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel since we had such a positive experience the first time around. It’s located in an excellent location, very walkable, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are quiet and modern with great views. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom is small. The staff left nice welcoming touches in our room to acknowledge we are returning guests, which was a great touch! "
