"Enjoy luxury hotel at bargain price!"

"Not a western 5 star but OK for the area. Best part is the breakfast buffet. Really good & friendly. Room - bed & shower good. There is a funky odor that rises from the carpet, so get a 2nd key card & run a/c even when you’re out. Pool looks nice, gym is minimal but didn’t try either & neither did anyone else that I saw, maybe because (and here’s the bad bit) there were always maintenance workers loudly talking and hanging around. "Its a beautiful quite boutique hotel that provides a complimentary ferry ride to the city. The restaurant serves very good breakfast and dinner with very tasty food. I would most definitely stay there again. All the staff, especially in the kitchen, are friendly and happy to help."

"The room that we got was much less spacious than what was advertised, there was very little space but the room was nice and clean. The soundproofing is not good and there were very loud guests. Was looking forward to the pool as it said there was a poolside bar but that was not open and the loud guests were also at the pool. It was nice to have breakfast included but it was pretty limited. Overall it was okay, the staff were nice."

"Staff very friendly helpful"

"Room was clean, staff were nice, airport shuttle was convenient to the airport, breakfast was good but the workers could be a bit joyful or happier with their job."

"Was made to feel so welcome"

"Good location to the airport. The hotel had some old signage from New Years and Christmas which made it feel unloved. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite."

"Lovely staff - Du provided excellent check out. This is a very large hotel used for conferences so you need to be aware you might share as we did with 300 Australians on a work conference who are very loud and vomit in the lift. But otherwise fabulous staff and good location"
